This lesson covers how to answer Capacity Manager questions
The 'My Capacity Manager' is in the drop-down menu at the top of the website
Click the 'My Capacity Manager' menu item
Assuming you are logged in (if you are not you will be prompted to do so before seeing this page) you will be taken to the Capacity Manager page. If it is your first time here then you will see a once-only message giving advice and information. When you are ready click the 'OK - Continue' or if impatient click the 'OK - Jump to First Question' button
There are 101 questions divided into ten 'chapters - in the above view each unanswered question is shown as a 'grey' graphic.
To begin answering questions either click on the 'Start' button (highlighed) which will take you to the first question - or click on any of the grey images to answer that particular question
This is the first question of the first chapter - you could have got here by clicking the 'Start' button or by clicking the first grey image (both shown on the previous step)
Read the question and choose an option (you can also check out the 'Help Text' and 'Links' on the right) - click the 'Next' or 'Back to Capacity Manager' buttons to save your answer and move you on
If you now return to the Capacity Manager you will see an amber traffic light (in the previous step we chose the 'Amber' answer) indicating our answer.
If you want to go back and change this just click on the question's traffic light. To answer the rest of the questions click on their traffic lights or work your way through the questions by clicking the 'Next' button in the Questions screen (shown in the previous step)
When all the questions have been answered there will be no more 'grey' traffic lights
The last question of each chapter concerns use of resources and is actually answered in another screen (although its result is displayed here) - you can get to it in two ways - firstly by clicking on the link on the bottom-left
Or you can reach the last question of each chapter by clicking one of the right-hand traffic lights
First enter your organisation's total spend, then you can enter the percentages of that spend and finally click the 'Update' button to save what you have done
Each of your percentage figures is also shown as an amount
You can switch from entering percentages to entering money amounts by using the options on the top-right of the Organisation Spend page
